David Schneider

David is a senior consulting landscape architect and a core design team member for many of our urban design assignments, including downtown public realm plans, new neighborhoods, and corridor transformation plans in Southern and Central Califonia. David is a partner in the Laguna Beach firm of Fong Hart Schneider+Partners, contributing to the designs of many of their award-winning projects ranging from private estates to urban neighborhoods, districts and corridors. His project experience includes Downtown Disney in Disneyland Resort, streetscapes and parks in the new neighborhoods of Playa Vista in Los Angeles, and multiple award-winning projects that include the Ritz Carlton Hotel landscape renovation in San Francisco, the Beverly Hills Golden Triangle Urban Renovation, the Lancaster Boulevard Transformation with Moule Polyzoides Architects, and the Pierce College Equestrian Center, Woodland Hills, California.
